Information we receive and how we use it

If you email or call us, we process the details you voluntarily provide, such as your name, contact details and enquiry, to respond and manage your request. Depending on the request, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b)). We do not treat a general enquiry as consent to marketing.

The website and its security services may process necessary technical data, such as IP address and request information, for delivery, fraud prevention and protection. We rely on legitimate interests in maintaining website security, where applicable.

Bookings and third-party services

When you follow the booking link to TeeOne, that service presents its own booking flow, privacy information and any applicable payment terms. Booking on TeeOne is separate from sending an enquiry via this website.

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security and weather proxying, and IONOS for our current corporate email service. An embedded Google Maps map may transmit device and usage data to Google when it loads. You can instead use the provided external directions links. Details of each provider’s processing activities and any international data transfers are described in their respective privacy information.

When you submit our website contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect against abuse, and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) processes your name, email address, subject and message to deliver your enquiry to our corporate mailbox hosted by IONOS. This information is used to respond to your enquiry and is not automatically added to marketing lists.

Retention and recipients

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and for any subsequent period required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You may contact us for further information about retention criteria relevant to your enquiry.

Information may be processed by our hosting, security and email service providers to the extent needed to operate these services. We do not use enquiry messages to create marketing mailing lists without an appropriate separate basis.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable and object to certain processing. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Cookies and local preferences

This website uses browser local storage to remember your manual language selection. Some external content, including Google Maps, may set cookies or process usage data when loaded. Any optional analytics or additional tracking should only be implemented with updated information and the relevant consent controls where required.
